We were having trouble with our garage door opening/closing when it wanted. A+ Garage did a great job scheduling us same day. Riley our garage technician, communicated when he was on the way. Riley was very kind, professional and educational with diagnosing the problem. He provided options to address the issue according to our wants, finances and time constraint. Riley did an amazing job! Our overhead garage door spring broke one evening after business hours. I requested a quote through A Plus’s website, received a call first thing the next morning, and set up an appointment for a free quote the next day. Less than two hours later a technician called to say he had an opening and could come by in a few minutes. He gave me a quote that was less than half of the same repair we had done to a matching garage door a couple of years earlier by a different company. The technician was prepared to make the repair and did so in about 15 minutes. He was very professional - clean, clear in his explanation, honest, and comfortable to be around. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for garage for repairs.

Went to open my garage first thing in the morning, did not work, then I noticed the spring was broken. I have used A-plus in the past called and had service within two hours. Orion was great, went over service options with prices and respected my decision, no hard sell. The best part is what we call "Lagniappe", a Cajun-French word I picked up from living in New Orleans. It means a little extra, something you did not expect. My garage door is original to the house, about 30 years, and it has seen some wear like top panel cross bars separating from the door. Orion on his own initiative and concern for his customer screwed some of the cross bars to the top panel so now the door works better than ever. Thanks Orion, you did a great job!

The first time we used A Plus the service was great because we had a Liftmaster opener. When we called to have another opener serviced (Genie) we weren't asked what brand of opener needed repair but were told the technician had a truck 'fully stocked with parts.' When the technician arrived he said they only carry parts to repair Liftmaster openers because 'Genies break too much.' (Fortunately, we had ordered and received the part necessary for the repair so the technician installed the part and left.) When we scheduled the repair we were told the service call would be "$29.99" but we ended up paying $130 for about 20 minutes work (the technician didn't inspect the spring or other components because 'we don't work on Genies'). If they're only going to service one make of opener they should make that clear in their advertising and when scheduling repairs. They should also make clear of the pricing structure. Needless to say we will look elsewhere when the next repair is needed.UPDATED REVIEW: Got a call this morning from the General Manager (Ryan) asking about our experience and the above review. He was genuinely interested in learning our perception and voluntarily offered to make it a 'win-win.' We had a good conversation and came to an amicable resolution. Although the original review (2 stars) remains accurate we sincerely appreciated Ryan's call and would like to make a 5 star review for the customer care and service. Because of Ryan's call, we will use A Plus as needed in the future.

A very positive experience working with A+ Garage Doors and the service technician, Mitchell. He was thorough, professional, friendly and fast. I scheduled an appointment to have a few problems addressed on two overhead doors by 3 different repair companies. A+ was by far the 5 star company These problems were looked at and a quote provided. Mitchell then offered to inspect the doors for other potential problems. He pointed out some parts that had broke and other potential problems that I was completely unaware of. Mitchell made recommendations and inquired about my budget. We discussed all options, price and the time involved to repair the problem areas. We agreed on a price to repair or replace all issues discussed and the jobs were completed the same day. Never during our conversations did I feel any pressure from the technician. The work was performed with perfection and professionalism and even a couple of little extras were done at no charge. Should I have any future garage door issues, I will, as I always do, get bids but most likely, A+ Garage Doors will get the job.

I saw A Plus Garage door's ad for a $35 check up for my garage door on Facebook, and since my 15 year old garage door has been quite squeaky for a long time, I decided to go for it.They responded quickly, scheduled me via Facebook messenger, which was really convenient (Because I hate phone calls), for the very next day. They gave me a convenient 2 hour time window - not 4 hours like a lot of service companies. This told me they were considerate of my time.Then, to top it off, Colin showed up right on time AT THE BEGINNING of my time window. He took a look at my existing garage door and opener, and made reasonable recommendations on how to prolong the life of, and upgrade, the machinery, and what the expected life of it was. But he was not pushy about selling me additional services at all. He performed the service in about 15 minutes, and my garage door sounds significantly better.I could not have asked for a more simple, streamlined, and honest approach. I would highly recommend A Plus, even if you didn't see the Facebook deal.

We had a j-arm mounting bracket break this morning. A Plus was able to send Malik out within a few hours to take a look. He replaced the mounting bracket with one even better suited for our type of garage door. Malik gave me an accurate estimate before getting started and did an outstanding job on the installation. We’ve had problems with those mounting brackets staying in place in the past, and the new one looks more secure than what we had to use before. I really appreciated how quick Malik could get here and how he figured out what the best solution would be for our problem. He could’ve just tried to do something similar to what we had before, but the bracket he recommended seems like a more durable, long-term solution.

My garage door would no longer open…i called and 2 hours later they sent Sawyer Ollerton out to provide estimate. He was friendly, nice and efficient. Had to replace many parts, and they were all on his truck, and he took care of both Garage Doors, and was gone with in less than two hours. It was really great service all the way around!

This company was the first company we had come look at our garage. We didn’t feel like we needed a second opinion after reviewing our garage options with Kolby. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything in depth and in a way I could understand which was very nice seeming I know nothing about garages. He wasn’t pushy at all and let me know all my options and their cost and didn’t seem annoyed when I didn’t choose the most expensive option. He offered to do the repairs/replacements right then and there and it didn’t take him long. We hadn’t had a functioning garage for awhile and it was nice not having to wait even longer to have it repaired. The job he did was amazing! He walked me through all the changes and the new opener system and was even going to help me set my car to open the garage door if it had that capability. Just wanted to give a shout out to Kasey. He came by to give an estimate for a new garage door opener. Super professional and knowledgeable. Before he left (while sitting in his truck) I opened a second door that had an opener. He got out of the truck because he noticed something a little off when the door opened. Come to find out one of the cables was badly frayed and the door was one mishap from coming off the rails. Wow! He said he could fix it while he was there if I wanted him to and gave me the cost of repair. Kasey did an outstanding job. Friendly, professional, personal. Wow! This is a family owned company run very professionally!I had the unfortunate incident of damaging the bottom panel of my Amarr almost brand new garage door. This happened on a Sunday and after trying to fix it myself looking at YouTube videos; I decided to look for professional help. I was surprised to see a local company with 500+ reviews and perfect score; so glad I took the time to red several reviews to recognize this was legit.To begin with; I never expected to get a phone call, minted after submitting the request… they told me they could send someone almost immediately or wait for the next day. I decided to wait for Monday and the tech (Brandon) was really professional and knowledgeable. After evaluating the problem, taking pictures; etc; he explained with great detail my options and gave a quote to fix the problem short term (to run as optimal for next few weeks) and long term (once the panel arrives to replace and leave it like new. The price for both, short term and long term was super reasonable; he performed the short term fix in about 40 mins (left it operational) and told me in a few weeks they will come to replace the panel.Amazing service that deserves this lengthy review! Yesterday I had A-Plus Garage Door come to fix my garage door which only sometimes opened and sometimes closed, but not with any consistency. Jacob came to the rescue. I needed a new motor and had them do a full service on the garage door and all the springs, cables, rollers and openers. We have had our garage door for 3 years now installed by A+. We have had many comments and praise about how nice it is. lately the door has been squeaky when opening even after I tried lubricating it. Luke came out and did a great Job pointing out things we needed to keep an eye on. The bottom seal had dragged swore out in one side so we ordered a new seal. Luke was able to quiet the door down. Having the whisper quiet drive it is better not too hear the squeaks an squeal. We love our door and it needed to feel the love. We are happy with this company and recommend them for any garage door work or replacement you may be considering. Ialmost forgot to mention thewoman who answered my call. She was very pleasant and helpful and even offered them current promotional price that I was unaware of. It is great to have quality service at every level. After noticing damage to my lifting mechanism, I called A Plus Garage Doors and they were able to schedule someone the next day. Luke quickly performed an inspection and walked me through the various components and their status. I then selected across a range of repairs at different price points and value, which I thought were reasonable. Luke then quickly and professionally performed the repairs and the door was back in business. About two hours total. I'm pleased with the result and now the door opens quietly and smoothly.

I ended up choosing A Plus Garage Door simply because they were the nearest garage door repair company closest to me. I called at 4:00 pm on a Thursday and told them what was going on and they said they would be out the next day between 1 and 3. I thought sure I will see you at 5:30. I got a call at 10 am the following day and the tech Kasey was on the line and said that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to show up early and he was a half hour away. I was amazed and said sure come on down. When Kacey showed up he was clean cut and conducted himself in a professional manner. He asked me a few questions of what the issues were with the garage door. He then jumped right in and began testing functions. About 20 minutes later he had diagnosed the issue and I needed a new motor. The current motor was about 20 years old. He gave me three options all ranging in price. He was very thorough with the options of each new motor and pros and cons of each. He did not try to upsell me on anything and I felt he was very trustworthy. I chose the mid grade option. He had the motor in his truck. It took about 2 hours for him to install and do all the work. He helped me program the outdoor keypad and went through the operations of the door with me and explained everything. He was completely finished by the time he was actually supposed to arrive. Joseph Bowman showed up in a timely manner and was friendly and professional. He fixed my door sensor bracket, rollers, & rubber seal on the bottom of the door. He used quality parts that should last longer and which include warranties. He also respliced the wire for my sensor as it wasn’t looking very good (I wasn’t aware of this). He went above and beyond and I feel more confident in my door as it runs much better now.

I called them at the end of the day on Friday as one of our garage springs had broken. They asked if we could still operate the door and we could so I didn't want an emergency call and emergency pricing so they said someone would be here between 8am and 10am.at 750am I received a call from Mitchell that he was on his way and would be there at 8.He came in and I showed him the problem he said he would get right on it. He checked the entire door out and gave me 3 options to look at as there are a lot of working parts of a garage door we opted for the spring replacement only and he got right to work!By the end of the call it ended up being less than his quoted price as he was able to use a different spring pack after taking the existing springs apart.Who doesn't love less expensive he serviced the door and made sure the opener was okay after several times having to open the broken door.!I highly recommend A+ Garage Door and hopefully Mitchell will be your guy too!

I filled the form out late at night and the next day I had someone reach out to me over text. He answered all my questions and showed me wear and tear on the door that I had no idea was even occurring. Customer service is a priority!! After having a new closer installed, I had questions about the features/performance of the new unit. Nolan arrived as scheduled. He answered all my questions and assisted me in loading and learning the Iphone app. He also programmed my car so I didn’t have to use the manual opener! Great job, Nolan and A+ Garage Door!!

A plus was able to come the day that I called. I have used them before and was very pleased! Grover was fantastic to work with. He made sure I understood everything before I agreed to anything and then he made sure I knew how to use all of the features of my new garage door opener. He was very professional and pleasant to work with on a 100 degree day!

Great service. Preston explained what he was going to do (before the service) and then went over the areas that needed fixing after his inspection. Was presented with all the options and didn’t feel at all pressured. Preston was friendly and skilled at his job. Used them in Daybreak and now Heber Valley, A+ is who I will ALWAYS use for my garage door needs.

Had a great experience with A+ today. Tyler and Cam are the best. They fixed our problem very quickly, they were so easy and great to work with. Good customer service feels so hard to come by these days, but not with these guys. Also Hannah in the office was very kind! Thank you, all!!
