We had Sawyer from A Plus come out to do some routine maintenance on 2 of our large garage doors. Originally planned on just replacing seals and straightening the doors up a bit since there was a gap on the bottom letting water in. The doors are over 20+ years old and Sawyer told us about there complete overhaul service they offer and we ended up doing that instead. He had it knocked out in about 4-5 hours and now I have nice quiet garage doors again. Plus the peace of mind from the warranty A Plus provides. Not cheap but nothing good ever is.

Awesome! Our 4 year old some how jammed a fishing rod at the garage door was closing and the cables came loose. We have a newer-ish build in the south Provo area (6 years old) and messaged yesterday to hopefully get a quick repair. They replied within the hour and Luke Jacobsen, the technician came to look at it the next morning. He was very nice, explained things well and it didn’t feel like a pushy upsell at all (like I read in a few reviews). Made sense for us to invest in a better system for the long term and get a warranty through them. He was done within an hour! The price was worth the quick and clear communication and customer service skills, the knowledge and work of the technician and the turn around time. Also, learned AGAIN that kids are expensive. So if you are thinking about having them or more of them, add “garage door repair” to the list of estimated costs (FYI, it’s like $500k minimum per kid, ha!) however, the return on having kids, priceless…at least that’s what the reflective old people say, ha! Or maybe just don’t store fishing rods next to your garage door.) Thank you so much, Luke!! Youre awesome!

Orion came out and did an estimate. Was more than I had budgeted, however not on him or company just prices for everything have gone up. Orion went over several different options and even offered to atleast fix the chain so the door would be easier to use until I decide on what to do. Orion went above and beyond and found an overstocked garage door that would match the color of my siding and save me a lot of money. Needless to say I am getting a new functioning garage door. Grover Allred came to service our garage door. He was on time and even waited for us to arrive, we were a bit late. Grover was very knowledgeable and able to explain in detail exactly what happened. It was a great experience. Grover even gave me tips on how to service my garage door motor and how to keep things in good shape. Best service! Preston came out to do the repairs within 2 hours of my call. He was friendly and polite. I felt comfortable with him working in my home. He took the time to explain multiple options to me, was patient talking through the details on best way to proceed. We unexpectedly had to replace our garage door recently. I called A+ Garage Door Repair and the response was surprisingly quick. Cody and Blake came on the day of our appointment they called ahead and were right on time. There was no waiting around wondering when they were going to show up. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and performed just as promised. The quality and workmanship of the door and opener were far better than expected. Arrived right on time and extremely friendly. Laid out options clearly and were not pushy for an upsell. One spring was broken and we opted to do a complete overhaul with new springs, bearings, and motor with belt drive. SO glad we did this rather than a cheap Home Depot opener. I called A+ today because they did a great job replacing another opener for me a couple of years ago. They came out in about 20 minutes, assesed and provided options. Zach Barnes was the technician and did a geat job explaining options. Once we determined what was to be done, he went right to work and got it done. He helped with setup (didn’t take long at all). Alex installed my replacement garage door opener today. He arrived earlier than expected and explained what options were available. I was amazed at how quickly he had the old unit removed and the new opener put in place. Much quieter and so much more bright light with the LED lighting in the new unit. My new opener came with a new belt, rod, laser light sensors, wall pad and 2 remotes. He also reprogrammed my outside wall pad to work with the new opener. He even removed all of the old equipment. Very happy with his recommendation and the entire install process. Ask for Alex! He is truly amazing🙂
