I called A plus last night after our garage door spring broke. They sent Orion one of their techs out first thing this morning to give us a bid ( I already had two other bids). Orion was very understanding about money being tight for us this month. He gave us a bid that beat the others. The loud crack we heard as the garage door closed yesterday afternoon told me right away something was wrong. The spring had snapped.My wife’s car was essentially trapped in the garage. I went to my default search engine and searched for local garage door repair and called the first number I saw outside the paid advertisement section.It was late so I was surprised that someone answered the phone. Within minutes, I was further surprised that a technician was available the very next morning to come diagnose and repair.Of further surprise, Danny from A Plus Garage Doors showed up exactly on time (benefit of being the first call of the day, I suppose, though I suspect Danny tries hard to be on time for appointments.)If you work with Danny, don’t let his youthful disposition fool you. He knows his stuff! Within a matter of minutes, he had looked over the door and made a number of sensible recommendations (above the obvious broken spring). He carefully pointed out areas that needed work and proposed their overhaul service; their most popular.Danny got to work right away. He worked fast and efficiently. Within a couple of hours, he had completed the service professionally and to my utter satisfaction. Turns out, as you get old it brings simple pleasure when old things are made practically new. I opened and closed the door a few times just to listen to how quiet it is now.I know we likely lucked out in how quickly Danny could get to us. So, rapid response aside, I recommend A Plus Garage Door without reservation. Danny did a wonderful job setting the door in order. The price was reasonable and Danny’s customer service and professionalism were wonderful. I will definitely do business with them again when the other 19-year-old door breaks down.

Zach and Sawyer did a great job replacing our old broken garage door opener system and improving other aspects of our garage door! They thoroughly explained various options, costs, the system features, etc., and patiently answered all my questions. They also went out of their way to write up the invoice to include the specific details my home warranty company required for my claim.Not only do I have a working garage door again, but now when I'm inside my house, I can barely hear the garage door opening on account of the additional improvements that they made. We unexpectedly had to replace our garage door recently. I called A+ Garage Door Repair and the response was surprisingly quick. Cody and Blake came on the day of our appointment they called ahead and were right on time. There was no waiting around wondering when they were going to show up. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and performed just as promised. The quality and workmanship of the door and opener were far better than expected. To start I should say how this company impressed me. Truly, from sett in my up appointments, to the bid, and then install I felt very much that they were looking out for me as the customer. At install, I couldn’t be happier with the results. The door fits perfectly and is dialed right in to have the best seal possible. Needless to say the comparison between this new job and our main garage door (installed by the builder only 1 year ago) is night and day different. The front door fit looks like a DIY job, whereas the new one is done so well.

Called late on a Saturday afternoon, was able to get a service appointment scheduled for the following Monday morning. The tech (Preston) called 20 minutes before arriving on time. Preston, inspected our garage door and system and provided us with 3 options from to choose. The work was then performed in 1 to 1.5 hours which was great. Preston was very good and we are very pleased with our new opener and the services he provided.

A Plus came out on time when I called to get a repair. They checked out everything and gave me the option of just fixing the basic problem called for or doing a complete refurbish. I opted for the minimumAfter Christmas first time I use the door, I realize the light is still not working!I called and after a little resistance, the technician called and talked to the boss. The spring on our door broke trapping our cars inside. We were able to get an appt. The next day. The tech arrived on time after calling before his arrival. After inspection I got a quote that included addl worn parts replacements and the work commenced. It took about an hour and was done quite professionally. The door is back in operation and as a bonus is much quieter. The price was fair considering the parts, labor and warranty.

I had a wonderful experience working with The A Plus Garage Door Repair Company. They scheduled me for an estimate the same day that I called and we're even prepared to do the work I needed on the spot. Kasey was extremly polite, knowledgeable, and honest. It turned out I did not need a new motor or key latch Just a few adjustments. I appreciated saving the money versus getting a whole new system that wasn't needed yet! Kasey also noticed and was able to replace my old metal rollers with newer nylon ones. Now my garage door and motor seem like a whole new system. Not that you probably need garage services very often, but honestly I'll call Kyle if I ever need help again. I had one door where a spring exploded, and another door where it just wouldn't shut for some reason.Great communication all day, he was able to clearly explain what the problem was to me and even called ahead to see if it was okay to come early. He gave me plenty of options on what he could do (different kinds of fixes, prices, financing options, etc.) and found something that worked for me. Guy also works super fast, wasn't expecting him to take care of all my problems in one day but he was in and out in just a few hours. After he was done the garage doors purr up and down super quiet, no more harpies screeching in my garage when people get home late at night.Kyle, you a real one.

Very helpful contractor to work with. Kasey initially came out to estimate what it'd be like to help me put in a jackshaft opener. I had been thinking of just replacing the old non-insulated door with a new.When Kasey came out to talk about installation of the jackshaft opener on the old door he showed me the old door's springs were no longer supporting ~40# so the opener would have to work harder. At that point we talked through different options. Spent about 1-2 hours understanding all the details and finally agreed to just scrap the old door for a new insulated door, new & upgraded hardware, and I'd install the new jackshaft opener since that's easy enough and would help save some freedom bucks.Funny enough a year prior in 2021 I'd asked for the Costco garage door contractor for their estimate. A Plus Garage Doors in late 2022 asked for about the same for the same Amarr brand door but included new & upgraded hardware relative to the Costco contractor. I'm sure Costco would have taken care of me just as much as A Plus Garage Doors, my point here is both are amazing.All the same, I shook hands with Kasey.The supply chain being annoying the way it's been, did delay the new door. But Kasey kept me in the loop of it's progress. On a different, unrelated project I had been burned by a contractor that kept using the supply chain for their excuse and they would shuffle me to talk with someone new everytime I wanted to check-in on status. This unrelated project was estimated to have 6-8 weeks lead time. After about 10 months (about 40 weeks) on that unrelated project of being shuffled around and being told that "next week/month" things will arrive, I decided to talk with my lawyer friend and put an end to that unrelated project contract. Kasey from A Plus Garage Doors did the opposite. He kept me in the loop, was honest & true about the delays, and he was my primary contact the entire time the door was being built by the supplier.When the door was ready Austin from the company came out to remove the old one and install the new one. I was also able to learn a lot from Austin as he worked. A few hours after Austin was done I had the jackshaft opener installed and the new insulated door is oh so quiet, well balanced, and strong. I'm very glad to have worked with Kasey, Austin, and A Plus Garage Doors as a whole! I look forward to working with them in the future.Allen

RV Garage door dead. In a panic. Contacted A+ on a Sunday. They called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled repair for Tuesday morning. Joel called a few minutes before arriving. I can't be happier with the service of A Plus. They deserve more than an A+ and a 5 star review. Our garage door opener went out on us and luckily my wife had the sense to call A Plus to get a second opinion from the first company who came out. A Plus quoted us significantly less, and for a better product. The quote they gave over the phone is the price we paid, no bait and switch or upsells. The tech (Jason, I believe) spent quality time out with our garage door, giving it a thorough inspection and helping us identify the problem that caused the opener to go out. He answered a thousand questions honestly and patiently. Once we decided to pull the trigger, he was quick and efficient and made sure to explain everything to us. When something didn't work quite right a couple days later, he was available to troubleshoot over the phone and provide options. We ended up having to have a diagnostic tech come out, and he was just as great! He was quick, but thorough, resolved the problem, was upfront about how to avoid that problem or the potential costs in the future, and even programmed by wife's new car to the opener for her. I made sure to put their sticker on our new opener so that they're the first person we or any future owner of our house calls.

Alex installed my replacement garage door opener today. He arrived earlier than expected and explained what options were available. I was amazed at how quickly he had the old unit removed and the new opener put in place. Much quieter and so much more bright light with the LED lighting in the new unit. My new opener came with a new belt, rod, laser light sensors, wall pad and 2 remotes. He also reprogrammed my outside wall pad to work with the new opener. He even removed all of the old equipment. Very happy with his recommendation and the entire install process. Ask for Alex! He is truly amazing🙂

The work was efficient and clean. The workers were very nice and professional. The cost was a little more than we expected but that’s likely due more to the fact that we’ve never had garage door work done. You could always call around and compare prices if you’re concerned- we weren’t and didn’t. The work is fully warrantied for a number of years (duration depends on the spring you choose but ours is 10 years on one door and 5 on the other) which is great. We assume this fits in the category of “you get what you pay for.”

I have an old extension spring system that finally broke beyond my DIY capabilities. Technician Mitchell came to my rescue same day I called for assistance. The heavy wood double garage door was very sluggish going up and even needed a helping push to open on very cold days (Park City). Our garage broke yesterday. I called them at 8 pm. Someone answered and was so great to talk to. Nice and knowledgeable. They came out at 8 am the next morning. Fixed everything and even set up my control pad to open the other garage door that never worked. Less go A Plus garage!
