How do I refer people?

Does my referral link expire?
No. Your tracked referral link stays active unless we retire the entire referral campaign.
How do you know I referred someone?
ReferPro’s tracking tags whoever clicked your unique submission link as the referrer, which follows through estimates, scheduling, invoicing, and payout approval. Offline referrals still need identifiable contact data tied to each submission.
Can I refer myself?
Yes. You qualify for $50 off or 5% off, whichever is greater, on qualifying work when you route it through the ReferPro form.

Rewards and payouts

When do I get paid?
After the homeowner pays in full on the serviced job and the standard one-week reversal window clears, ReferPro triggers your selectable gift-card email. Cancels or chargebacks invalidate the payout until the ledger resolves.
Where can I see my earnings?
The referred customer sees either $50 off or 5% off, whichever is greater, applied at invoicing. Once your reward unlocks, ReferPro emails you a link to select your gift card.

Troubleshooting

I referred someone but nothing posted yet.

Still pending service

The homeowner may not have scheduled yet. Your referral is recorded when they click your link, but the reward is only issued after the job is completed and paid.

Attribution not tracked

If the referred person didn’t click your unique link before booking, attribution may be lost. Send their name, phone number, and approximate date to our team and we will attempt to reconcile it manually.
