We can’t say enough about this business and their people. Polite Courteous and show up when they say they will. A rare trait in this day and age. We called them on Monday morning and they were here by noon. Easy fix for the service guy but we didn’t have a clue. Worked out so well. Outstanding garage door service company! Matt came out to check my garage door when I was concerned it was not operating very smoothly since it had not been serviced for a long time. Matt did a great job getting it running well and provided a lot of great info on things to keep an eye on since it is an old garage door. We had a very good experience with A Plus Garage Doors today. We had a garage door that would not go up, and the company sent Ben promptly to address the problem. Ben gave us the pros and cons of repairing all three garage doors as they were similar in age and he was able to put in all new parts and give us a 10 year warranty in just a few hours. He showed us the old parts that had frayed, and we were satisfied that it was the right decision to have gone ahead with the repairs and have confidence in the future function and safety of the doors. The 10 year warranty is impressive.

I called A Plus Garage door to have my backup battery replaced on the opener.They explained that the garage door was too large for the opening and pointed out the stress fractures from incorrect installation years ago. Riley and this A+ Garage Doors company was awesome for us! We believe in the name! We found out this morning that our garage door was broken and wouldn’t open. Our big family car was stuck in the garage with even the emergency handle not opening it. We had the big black spring break as seen in the pics. Several other mechanical pieces were stressed and breaking. Riley was able to come even quicker than the time we were originally told. Practically within the hour we called for help! He gave us 3 different options. We went with the middle priced option. He could’ve pressured us towards the far more expensive one, however he was honest and told us what he would do in our situation. The previous home owners had a teen who backup up into the doors and bent the panels. He told us about how our doors are reacting and stressing to the bends and what will happen with time. He told us he thought we had more time before we needed to replace the whole doors and all, but that he couldn’t be too certain and tell us the future. He suggested what we were already thinking and that it’s what he would do if it were him. We value being open and honesty more than pushy sales. He could’ve pushed us to spending $4-5K. Instead we went with $1,300. This means their company will get more of our business and recommendations from us for sure making them all that much more from being a respectable company. Riley was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable! We even had a stranger come into our garage to ask him questions from them installing theirs. Random and weird, but Riley handled it like a pro too. Pleased with the company despite the unfortunate circumstances and unexpected costs.

Our garage door spring broke. We didn't know who to call for help. We found a number for A Plus Garage Door Repair.The person that I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and reassuring. She was able to send a technician to our home within about an hour.Our technician, Ben, looked the situation over, told us what was wrong with the door and suggested replacing a few other key parts which were also wearing out. Ben was pleasant and competent, and not a pushy salesman type. He went to work and in about an hour had replaced the broken spring and completely overhauled our garage door.We're very happy with our new garage door and the top-quality work that Ben did to fix it.

Came on time the morning after I called. Both Ben and James seemed experienced and knew what they were doing. Installed new springs and nylon rollers in about an hour. The powder-coated springs look nice and will last longer than the old uncoated springs. The new nylon rollers are quieter than the 40yr old steel rollers. See the pictures.

Having a garage spring snap is unexpected and annoying. I looked up garage repair on google and A Plus showed up. I decided to give them a shot and I’m glad I did. They were able to come to my house first thing the next morning. They had a great system that communicated with me through text about my appointment and when the technicians would arrive. I received a call from the technician 20 minutes before he showed up. When they got here they were thorough and answered all my questions. They gave me many different quotes that let me choose the repairs I wanted and tailored it to my budget. They had a 12 month interest free loan option that was very simple to apply for as well as different tiers of hardware. The hardware I chose came with a ten year warranty. Once I decided on what I wanted they were done with all the work within an hour or so. They were professional and kind. The technicians were Kasey and Tyrell. They couldn’t have made the process any easier for me as a customer. I hope I don’t need any more garage repair work done but I won’t ever be worried again knowing I can receive the type of service that A Plus provided me.

Ben was our technician and did a fantastic job at inspecting and making sure our door would be well taken care of and operate appropriately. While I think A Plus' pricing is a bit on the high end, I do believe you are getting great service with very knowledgeable technicians that are willing to answer questions. This is our second time using them and I won't hesitate going back again. I'd rather pay a little more to know I'm getting top notch service.

This shop is so near to mine at Rare Breed Plumbing. It is incredibly hard nowadays to find a contractor that you trust. That will show up when they say they are going to and can do the job correctly. A Plus will definitely be my go-to company from now on. Everyone I worked with over there was unique. If I could leave a 10 star rating I definitely would. We had a emergency with our garage door today and they were able to fit us in and get the problem fixed and explained some other issues that would need to be addressed. We asked if they could fix those at the same time and Kyle said no problem and explained everything that needed to be done and was finished and cleaned up in a little over an hour. I will definitely use them in the future for any garage door issues I have.

I called A+ because they had good reviews, and was not disappointed. Our garage door is 12 years old and needed at least a lube job. John-Luke came out right on time and did the initial inspection. He very carefully and kindly explained about the needed repairs due to the age of the door. We ended up getting new springs, rollers, cables, drums, and a few other things for a very good price(he pointed out a coupon that we could use) and did the work in about 90 minutes. Could not be happier with the results, as well as the peace of mind that the parts will keep our door working for many years to come.

Set up a maintenance appt. Technician arrived before my scheduled time frame, but that was fine by me. He did phone prior and ask me if that would be okay. Tech( I believe his name was Jordan, not sure) explained what was happening with the garage door and what was needed. Didn't pressure sale anything. He completed the repairs in a timely manner. I have used another garage repair company (AAA garage doors) and it appears that tech was not thorough or knowledgeable as the A plus tech.11/11/2024 maintenance service appointment.As you can see from my previous review I was content with service, so I had them come out for a maintenance service, two technicians showed up even though I was told one technician was coming, anyway Technician completed the maintenance service and we replaced a garage remote and reprogrammed the garage key pad. When I got the bill I was shocked $209.00. The remote garage opener alone was $85.00, reprogramming key pad $59.00. The lube and tune was the least shocking amount $65.00.Which to me seems like the most important part. I am a returning customer this is the 3rd time I’ve used this company and may be the last. Please note that I am a senior citizen who still has to work. So this pricing shocks me. Thanks

I have had a problem with my garage door closing for months and had done everything I could think of to fix it. I called A Plus Garage Doors, they sent Kasey and Tyrell the next morning and they diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed the problem with a simple adjustment, inspected the door and found some developing problems and corrected them, and lubricated everything. Door works perfectly now. I am very pleased with the service, the communications with the company, and highly recommend them if you have an issue with your garage door, or motor, or need one replaced.

Responsible, respectful, and amazing.A while back one of my springs broke. A technician came out and replaced them and all of the rollers and some other hardware. However, one or the springs was the wrong size and my garage wasn't fully balanced.The weaker spring brought out how old my motor was (17 years old!). It started going out, which would have happened regardless soon with or without the spring issue.I raised my concerns and I was contacted by A Plus soon after. My issues were remedied as soon as they possible. They did everything they possibly could to ensure that my garage door was working exactly as it should.I now have a fancy new opener that I love, and a nice quiet working garage door.Overall, the fact that I had an issue and it was handled so professionally was a great sign.Hopefully I don't have any other garage door issues in the near future. But if I do, I know who to call.

If everyone at A Plus is this helpful and nice, I see no reason why anyone should ever call another company.Had a single broken spring, and he gave me clear quotes on the various levels of repair and Inspected parts that may or may not need to be replaced and let me make the decision on replacing them or not.Pricing was better than I was expecting based on the quote from another company who had previously installed the door.He answered about 2x as many dumb questions as I was even expecting to ask and helped with a separate small minor repair that was causing a lot of noise on the garage door.Seriously recommend. Great company to work with.

Hello, all, just want to share how very pleased my wife and I are (the Sims) with the technicians rundown of options, we had to fix our broken garage door. The break occurred a month ago during the bad wind and rain storms that hit the Orem Utah area. Our garage door was being closed when the wind forcefully pushing against the door broke the center support piece attached to the wall. Our technician, Grover Allred, came when called and reviewed the situation with us very carefully and professionally. We chose the option that gave us upgraded new parts because our garage door best we could figure was around 30 to 34 years of age. The door itself had no cracks and looked good , but we could see that new parts and upgrade would be a wise decision along with fixing what broke. We were extremely pleased with the fast efficient and always willing to answer a questions work that Grover performed. Thank you, Grover and thank you A+ for being such a great company.

Wow!!! How to even start explaining how awesome Tyler and Sam were. They had a cancelation, so they were able to come a day early to look at my broken door spring. They were able to quickly and efficiently assess the issue and provide several options from repairing the spring to replacing the whole door. I asked about the door replacement cost since the door is almost 20 years old as well and showing signs of age. I ended up having them do a refresh on the door. Basically, they replaced the moving parts but not the door itself. It was a great option to save on cost but provide the best outcome. They had everything fixed in no time and were very pleasant to work with. I would have them back in a heartbeat.

Our spring broke at 8:30 at night. We called and were able to reach someone in person. They scheduled us for the next day and Kyle Norman arrived at 8 the next day. He gave us notice 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was right on time. He gave us a detailed run down of what he could do to help and walked us through our options. He replaced the springs and the wheels. Our garage has never opened so smooth and quiet. Finally he got the mobile app for our garage opener working. It had been offline for 500 days and he patiently went through the steps multiple times and got it working again! Kyle was an absolute rock star. I highly recommend their services.

Luke, our technician, went above and BEYOND in explaining and showing us the needs of our door workings, and we ended up doing an overhaul of both of our garage doors to ensure safety for our kids, as well as longevity for the continued use of the doors. My experience was very positive. As a recent widow I was stressed about both the broken door and dealing with handling it all. When I called in and was given a same day appointment I was delighted. Orion was my technician and was kind and efficient. He explained everything carefully and was pleasant and smiling. He put me at ease in what had been a very hard time for me.I did have to replace the door as it was too old to obtain parts. But the cost was much less than I expected. Orion did a temp repair on it so it was usable until the new one arrives and I was not charged for his time or labor. If the installation goes as smoothly I will be delighted with my experience.Cameron and Levi were my installers. They also were quick and efficient. Cameron patiently answered any questions I had. They were both so nice and polite too. I am pleaded with how it all came out.

Kohrman and Chad were so helpful and had our garage door back up and running so quickly. When I called in that morning, I was given a service window of 1-6pm and they came a little after 1pm (after calling ahead as a courtesy), so I was already happy with the prompt service. They were respectful, friendly, and answered all of my questions regarding options for replacing a broken spring and frayed cables. The repair was completed immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Zach and Kent repaired my double garage door. I called them after discovering that the spring had snapped. They were at my house within two hours. Approximately three hours later, I had a fully functioning garage door that was working better than ever. Luke was awesome. He came over and diagnosed the problem right away and explained in detail what went wrong with my garage door and what needed to be fixed. He also went above and beyond that to point out other things on the door that I might want to replace soon so that those parts didn’t fail in the near future. He showed me exactly why it was wearing out and where it was. He then showed me a few costs sheets that he had put together with the best equipment to the lowest ones and the prices associated with each. He was great and so very knowledgeable about everything he was doing. When I call them again for any maintenance needs in the future, I’ll be requesting to have Luke do the job.
