Received options from the door/roller/spring overhaul, to include motor and not include motor, and replace the door w/ new parts (maybe a different look). We chose the overhaul, rollers and bearings were worn after 25 years. Samual did an awesome job explaining things, with my mechanical background I knew he was shooting straight. We have had issue with our garage door not being closed all the way for a while and I am hesitant to call for help due to the bad experience with another company last time. Before the winter hits, I finally decided to try again and found very helpful Google reviews with A Plus Garage Doors. Thank you those who left positive and detailed reviews as I was not only to get it on schedule today but also have our problem fixed. 👍Norman, our technician, arrived earlier and carefully and quickly made his diagnosis and recommendations. We have him fixed the immediate issue and got educated what we should do to maintain or repair in the future with our aged door system. Because Norman is also specialized in motor-gate, he made diagnosis on our broken gate and I am hoping that problem will be taken care of soon. I will make sure to update my experience on later.Overall, this has been one of the best repair experiences I have had. Norman is not only professional but also polite and pleasant to talk to, who shows characters of good work ethics, and family responsibilities. I was amazed how quickly a technician was able to come. There was even same day service available. I set up an appointment at midnight because that’s when I think of these things. I was so grateful for a system that let me set my hours. Holden came out earlier than expected which I loved. He did such a great job of leaving me his info, talking me through things and being personable. He even left a sticker by my garage door opener so when I have any questions in the future I don’t have to go digging around to find a card. I would definitely recommend!

Our garage door broke, it could not be opened, and the car was blocked inside the garage. I contacted A Plus Garage Doors and they send a technician, Anthony, that same afternoon. I truly appreciated Anthony’s work. First, he explained the problem with the door and the different options to repair it. He was very clear and answered all my questions. Once I selected the option I wanted, he completed the work accurately and in the time he had estimated. I definitely recommend Anthony and A Plus Doors.

Garage skins are new and attractive way to go without replacing a perfectly good door, but there’s a bit more skill and labor involved than one might think. We continue to have outstanding service with APlus Garage Doors. We had new doors and openers installed about a year ago and recently had some concerns about the weather stripping on the bottom of one door. (The company will callAnd or to set up appointments and will send a tech with in a very reasonable amount of time.) Patrick, the technician was very professional and courteous and was very clear about the proposed solution to the problem. After fixing the weather stripping m, he encouraged me that if the solution did not work, to call and they would come out again and resolve the issue to our satisfaction.Their customer service cannot be beat!

We are repeat customers with A+ Garage Doors. They did such a good job repairing the garage door at our previous home that we called them again today when the spring broke on the garage door at our current home. The main spring broke on my garage. Tony and Danny showed up about half an hour after I called A+. They ended up doing an overhaul that incudes new springs, bearing plates, cables, drums and rollers. While my garage door is newer those other parts were old and I’m glad they recommended having the additional work done versus just a spring replacement only and I feel was worth the additional cost. This is my third experience with A+ and each time I will continue to call them again for my garage door needs.

And even though he had to go passed his allotted time slot, to get it done right, he didn’t seem to rush through it. Great Communication and Customer Service. I was only wanting a bottom seal. John-Luke did a through inspection and showed me his concerns. He was not pushy but wanted me to know what concerns were there and what he could do to repair. He was very professional, worked very quickly, and did an amazing job. I had a spring snap on my garage door over the weekend. I called A+ Garage Doors today to inquire about a quote to have the springs replaced. The receptionist Shay was wonderful and quickly had a technician out to my house in less than an hour. We had Ben inspect the garage door and he gave us a quick estimate. He explained all of our options for the service. We had him complete the work while he was here as we wanted to get this taken care of right away to prevent any additional damage. Ben was great. I’ve used A+ for many issues w/ my doors throughout the years and they’ve always done a great job w/ fair prices and they offer coupons on certain services as well. Ben and the A+ Garage Door team were great! One of our springs popped on a Tuesday night and I booked online through the website. Ben showed up at 8 AM as promised on Wednesday morning and had it repaired by 9:30. We used cheap springs last time and they only lasted three years. Ben went over the options and provided us with a 75,000 cycle spring and a five year warranty. I got clear communication through text throughout the process. They left a sticker showing what they did and how to get a warranty if needed. Their customer service is definitely dialed in!

Had a truly 5-star experience with Anthony M. and A Plus Garage Doors. Our garage door was randomly not closing properly and loosing power. After investigating, Anthony found out that some of the wiring was not connected fully, causing it to intermittently get disconnected. Anthony not only fixed the issue, but also gave the rest of the garage door a tune-up. I was really impressed with the service, communication, and price. Would definitely use again.

Dallin came out first thing after my daughter backed out of the garage without opening it first. What started out super stressful became very easily managed because of his hard work and skill set. My tension spring exploded so I called A-Plus, they were able to service me next day and my technician Rich was amazing, although my door needed a lot of work and unfortunately wasn’t a easy cheap fix the quality of work was excellent and he walked me through everything and what he recommended replaced and what was critically necessary to replace. I ended up having him do a new opener while he was here as well since he was honest and my old one was crazy loud and horrible. Would definitely use again although now I have lifetime warranty on most of it so hopefully I don’t call them for a very very long time. (No offense). Haha
