Great service. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment and called to make sure it was ok. Diagnosed the issue with our opener, showed me the problem and had all the parts needed on the truck for the repair. Serviced the rollers and it runs like new. Our garage door spring broke Sunday morning 🤦♀️. We googled garage services, A Plus came up first with amazing reviews and open Sunday! We did pay more for "after hours" for a Sunday service but with our work schedule we would have paid it any weekday anyways. Jacob came to our home within 30 minutes after calling initially. We got Hormann doors which was a brand I hadn’t heard of, but the only one with the look we wanted. They are extremely well made and gorgeous. May seem odd to get so excited about new garage doors, but I’m not exaggerating when I say these are spectacular! I highly recommend A+ and will never go anywhere else based on this experience.

Jacob arrived on time and performed the services requested (periodic maintenance) and to address some serious squeaks and groans that our door was making. He did a fantastic job tightening and lubing things up. It made a huge difference. Highly recommend Zach Barnes and his team! Our garage door motor is 22 years old and failed twice this summer. I knew the capacitor was the culprit which was easy to replace. But when it failed the second time, just two months later, I decided to get a professional opinion to see if there was a bigger issue at hand that could be diagnosed. I was impressed from the start, their scheduler seemed well trained - she was extremely helpful, thorough, and clear about options and cost implications. The trip charge to come diagnose the problem was more than reasonable and made it an easy decision to have them come out. Zach was the technician and was also very professional, thorough, and personable. He took time to inspect everything and reassured that everything looked fine even considering the age of the motor. He made some recommendations and educated me on my options. He was able to do a quick service and tune up while he was there for a small fee that included the trip charge, and got me an OEM replacement capacitor in case mine fails again. Really impressed with all aspects of the service I received. They could have written off my garage door system as old and prone to failure but instead of trying to sell me a whole new system under that guise, he acknowledged that several components had been replaced in the last 10 years and may in fact have more years of life left. I was appreciative of the overall approach and ability to meet my needs at affordable rates. Garage door is operating great again for now with the new capacitor and tune up, and if it gives me any more issues then I’ll know who to call!

Jake Bright came and accessed our garage door within several minutes. We knew we needed a new motor after living in our home for 27 years. He took time and explained that in addition to a new motor, we should replace the rollers that had been dragging because the bearings had worn out and add a support where the metal had weakened.After replacing the motor & installing a new track, Jake went through and made sure all the hinges were tightened and lubed the springs and rollers. These changes made our once squeaky garage incredibly quiet.We received a new programmable key pad and remotes, with Wi-Fi and camera option availabilities. Craig came out late at night when my opener started sporadically not working. Once it was determined that I needed a new one, he stayed for a few hours to replace it. He worked efficiently and exceeded all expectations for the repair. I would definitely recommend. Overall, they were quick to respond and resolved the issue appropriately all while remaing professional and polite.

Great experience from start to finish. Broken door after hours prompted the call. Our spring snapped on our garage door that’s at least 20 years old. We had Zach come out and get out broken door back up and running super quick. He assessed the issues with the entire door system and presented 4 different options from a basic fix for the current problems to options that would extend the life of the system and prevent potential future problems. Had two garage door openers installed along with a complete service on one of my doors. The other door was serviced last year so the technician (Danny) just performed some minor maintenance on that one.Danny completed all the work in a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned everything up. Jake was amazing. He inspected our garage system well before making his recommendation. Others who bid on the project did a quick look and seemed to be assuming what was there. I came home and found out the garage door spring was broken. I called a few places to get estimates. I wasn't sure how much it would cost because it was late in the day and a "holiday". It wouldn't have been so bad to wait a few days to get it fixed, but we had to get a vehicle out of the garage for the next day. I was called and told, Brandon, would be coming out to fix the garage door. When Brandon got here he looked at the garage door spring and the other parts. He recommended that a few more things be replaced besides the spring, since the door was older and original parts. To fix the spring, cables, door rollers and made sure everything was balanced and in good working order, the job took him about 45 min at the most. Brandon was very friendly and easy to work with. He was honest and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely recommend them to other people.

Jake from A+ came out to fix a broken spring on my garage door and he was awesome. He showed me every major component on the door and pointed out everything that was wearing out and explained how everything works while offering his recommendations.I ended up doing a full maintenance overhaul for a solid price, barely anymore than getting the springs replaced. Now everything looks nice and fresh and the door is soooooooooo much quieter you can barely hear it.Jake showed me all the worn out old components when he was done and explained why it was worth replacing, so I won’t need em to come out again to fix the rest in a few months.Now I have a working door that runs quietly that is warrantied for 7 years. Excellent experience, Jake deserves a raise for killing it!

I called A+ Garage Doors to come do a service as my garage doors were not acting normal. I new some parts may need to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning which I felt was pretty quick. To my surprise, I got a call from Kolby asking if he could come take a look today as he finished up early with his other appointments. Getting a same day appointment is unheard of these days! They called me when they got here and did a very thorough check up and found that I had a few parts that were beginning to wear down. He ran through the different options and we were able to get the problems solved. He had all the parts with him needed to make the repairs. My garage doors sound brand new. I was beyond impressed with the service I received from both Kolby and Wes! I would highly recommend giving A Plus Garage Doors a call for any tune up or repairs you may need on your garage doors.

I filled the form out late at night and the next day I had someone reach out to me over text. He answered all my questions and showed me wear and tear on the door that I had no idea was even occurring. Originally called to have our door fixed because it stopped working. They came next day to fix and let us know we had some other issues that would need repair in the future. They have us lots of options from a fix to replacing the full door(which it did actually need-it was cracking and buckling and a very old door). We never felt pressured to replace but did decide to and the ordering process and install was great. They did a temporary fix until our order came in and said to call if the old door was having any issues in the meantime and they would do whatever they needed to to make sure we had a functioning door until they could do the install.They are prompt and courteous. Our new door looks and works amazing. We are very satisfied customers.

Accidentally hit my garage door before it fully opened causing some minor damage. The technician who looked at my door gave me several options on how to fix the door. The simplest fix was to put the one roller back in the track, rewind the cable that unraveled back onto the spool that connects to the bottom of the door, reinforce one of the brackets, and do a tuneup on the door. I choose the simplest which just happened to be the least expensive of the options. After he finished his work the door actually opened a lot smoother and quieter than before it was backed into. I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend A+ Garage Door.

I came to Google to find a garage door repair shop and noticed that A Plus had several reviews and a very high rating. Our experience was great. Jason was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did a thorough review of what was going on with our garage door. He then gave us all our options and didn't try to pressure us into any particular one. I have had a great experience with A+doors. The salesman were very informative. They spent the time to show me all of my garage door options with every manufacturer and all the different options in springs, bearings and weather stripping that I would benefit from. I did not have a big budget but that did not seem to matter. They did not push me into any thing but informed me completely. Tyler Roberts and his copilot were awesome. They also took the time to help me program my garage. I had a garage door opener installed a year ago and the gentleman who installed it never helped me do the keypad or pair it with my vehicle. I had that same company come back and fix a spring on the other garage that had broke. They ended up putting too large of spring on, and it strained the cable wires and they eventually broke.Tyler took the time today to help me program another company’s garage door opener. My husband and I reached out to this company for an estimate for an entire garage door replacement system. We were given 3 different options to choose from and we were able to select one that financially worked for our family. On the day of the repair, Jordan P. called us when he was an hour away to let us know he was coming. During the installation, he walked us through each step of the installation process. Jordan is an exceptional representative for this company. Once the garage door installation was complete, he again educated us on all of the safety features our new door offered. In my opinion, this company is lucky to have such a caring and thorough employee representing them. If you are looking to replace your entire garage door system or even just a simple quick fix for your garage door, please don't waste your time and money going anywhere else. Zach was able to replace all my door hardware in less than and hour. Now the door sounds better than I bought the house.
