A+ gets an A+ for their great service. My garage door spring broke making the door inoperable. Not something you want at 8:30 pm. I called expecting to leave a message but instead got a live person. Wow! They were able to find a time the next day but was not good for my schedule. They moved some stuff around to fit in the morning and shortly after 8:00 am Ben Argyle showed up and within the hour was complete and I now have a working door. Thanks for the great service.

Had a broken torsion spring. Being able to get fast/same day service was amazing. Rich was super friendly and professional. He was able to get the torsion springs replaced and the door serviced really fast. Now the door is functioning properly and really smooth/quiet. We had a weekend evening emergency repair. A few things that were surprising in a good way: someone answered the phone when we called, after 6:00 pm on a Saturday, and, with a emergency fee, could have someone assist us in getting our door repaired that same evening. Rich was great to work with- he provided 4 different repair options and gave us time to deliberate privately as a family about which option we would choose. He never questioned our decision or made us feel guilty about the option we chose. He was consistently active working on the repair and willing to explain what he was doing. Despite the late hour, Rich was happy and appeared to be in good spirits. The garage door is working much better than it has in years. We are quite thankful to Rich and others that were involved to assist us in getting our garage repaired so quickly and expertly.

Sam was very informative and helpful and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. After replacing the motor (because it was done), and tightening the overhead spring the door moves much smoother and easier than with the previous motor (which was 10 years old). He informed me that when I added the insulation it was adding strain to the previous motor, and tightened the springs help minimize it. I would highly recommend their service.

We had a spring break above our garage so I reached out to A+. They were able to get someone over to me in less than 24 hours! Luke, our technician, went above and BEYOND in explaining and showing us the needs of our door workings, and we ended up doing an overhaul of both of our garage doors to ensure safety for our kids, as well as longevity for the continued use of the doors. My experience was very positive. As a recent widow I was stressed about both the broken door and dealing with handling it all. When I called in and was given a same day appointment I was delighted. Orion was my technician and was kind and efficient. He explained everything carefully and was pleasant and smiling. He put me at ease in what had been a very hard time for me.I did have to replace the door as it was too old to obtain parts. But the cost was much less than I expected. Orion did a temp repair on it so it was usable until the new one arrives and I was not charged for his time or labor. If the installation goes as smoothly I will be delighted with my experience.Cameron and Levi were my installers. They also were quick and efficient. Cameron patiently answered any questions I had. They were both so nice and polite too. I am pleaded with how it all came out.

Within a few minutes, he knew what was wrong with the door, as well as found some other things that were causing problems. Luke was awesome. He came over and diagnosed the problem right away and explained in detail what went wrong with my garage door and what needed to be fixed. He also went above and beyond that to point out other things on the door that I might want to replace soon so that those parts didn’t fail in the near future. He showed me exactly why it was wearing out and where it was. He then showed me a few costs sheets that he had put together with the best equipment to the lowest ones and the prices associated with each. He was great and so very knowledgeable about everything he was doing. When I call them again for any maintenance needs in the future, I’ll be requesting to have Luke do the job.

I am on the board of, and live in, a condominium community in downtown Salt Lake City. Our unsecured two level parking garage had become a very big problem with crime and homelessness. We lived with these issues for years because trying to find a solution that satisfied the exacting standards of our residents and HOA board was beyond difficult. Today on Memorial Day my garage door literally falls apart and breaks. I call A+ because they have good word of mouth in my neighborhood. They are at my house within 2 hours of calling….on a Holiday! Luke is my technician and he spends at least 30 minutes explaining to me what all my options are from complete replacement to minor repairs and the detailed cost of everything involved. He could not have helped any better! He was kind, patient and thorough. Ultimately we need to replace the whole door, and I believe I’m in the best hands possible. As a tenant, this was a very easy company to work with and they helped us communicate with our landlord/their warranty to get our garage motor fixed promptly. Craig K. was our technician, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair the main problem within an hour of arriving, once it was approved by the landlord. He also informed us about other potential issues to look out for in the future, since our garage system is old and some other parts are worn out, while they are waiting for further approval by the property owner. I was stunned however that I had to have as much replaced and the related price of the job….but the opener, springs, rollers, and all accessories were very old, so it is what it is. My wife heard a large bang like an explosion or a loud gunshot last night, but we couldn't figure out what it was...until she tried to open the garage door this morning. One of the springs was broken. I called A Plus Garage Door repair this morning hoping to get someone to come look at it some time next week. They were able to schedule Holden to come out today. He was able to come earlier than they had originally scheduled, He looked at the springs and inspected the door and gave us an estimate with different options. Holden was personable and polite, and efficient. He had the supplies to fix the problem today and from the time that he came until the time he was finished was only 1 1/2 hours. He answered all of my questions, and was very patient. So far both the service and the quality have been good. I will be recommending them to people who ask in the future.

Right from the start dealing with sales Breann Hart, it was an amazing experience i didn't feel pressure like I thought I was going to get, and she showed me the garage door I really like how it was going to look on my house. Then the technician Chase was simply amazing the quality of work he performed is the one you don't find anymore this days, and he cleaned everything after I was super glad I chose A Plus Garage and would recommend them to anyone for sure.

Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained all of the options for a replacement motor. He made sure I was happy and satisfied with the final product. He originally installed a motor that was too loud for my liking but he happily changed it for a quieter one. Great customer service is hard to find these days but Luke definitely delivered. Every company should have a Luke!

We haven’t had our garage door installed yet, but just the process of using the online platform and getting a quote was SO easy and fast!We had called A+ Garage doors and another company two days apart. I still haven’t gotten my quote from SunPro even though Icontacted them first.A+ garage doors contacted me the same day that I requested a quote, had their technician come out the next day for measurements and gave us thorough estimates based on what we said we wanted that same day.Amazing customer service and help so far! I am confident we will love our garage door just as much as we loved working with them. I’ll use them for all my garage door needs in the future.

Justin diagnosed our problem, made a fix to hold us over while we’re out of town and gave us several options with different pricing for long term fixes when we get back. He was professional, personable and we are very happy with his work and the discussion of the quotes. The office staff was also very helpful and friendly. We had a great experience while dealing with an urgent repair need.Now we have had our garage door replaced and again are extremely happy with the service and the product. My garage spring broke today and via the internet I decided on A+ to repair it. Danny and Anthony arrived an hour later and voila, they replaced the springs and tuned the garage door in about 1 1/2 hours. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and A+.

Went to open my garage first thing in the morning, did not work, then I noticed the spring was broken. I have used A-plus in the past called and had service within two hours. Orion was great, went over service options with prices and respected my decision, no hard sell. The best part is what we call "Lagniappe", a Cajun-French word I picked up from living in New Orleans. It means a little extra, something you did not expect. My garage door is original to the house, about 30 years, and it has seen some wear like top panel cross bars separating from the door. Orion on his own initiative and concern for his customer screwed some of the cross bars to the top panel so now the door works better than ever. Thanks Orion, you did a great job!

Responsive, professional and FAST! Contacted A Plus mid-day. In less than 30 minutes a tech was at my house, diagnosed the problem (broken springs), and provided an estimate. Then, he replaced the entire tension system in about an hour and a half. My garage door was working perfectly just two hours after calling A Plus.
